How to Shift Reality: Top Ten Tips

2021-05-30 Cynthia 2

Reality shifting has really taken off since I first wrote about this topic in the 1990s.  Now that so many people are wondering how to experience reality shifts–including both strategies for success, and also ideas for creating a supportive mindset and environment–I recommend these tips for best results.

1. Pay Attention

The world seems full of whatever we focus our attention on.  When you’re thinking of buying a new car, you see the kind of car you’re thinking of almost everywhere you go.  We can definitely start noticing more reality shifts by seeking them out, and noticing even the seemingly smallest shifts when they occur.

2. Appreciate

Feeling grateful for what we have is the best way to receive more of what we most enjoy. Expressing
appreciation and thanks feels good and helps us continue to pay attention to what we most love, allowing
more good experiences to come our way.

3. Review Scientific Studies

Reproducible, double-blind scientific studies conducted by doctors in real-life hospital situations are now
proving that distant healing improves the health of those being prayed for. The wishes and prayers have come
from people with a wide range of beliefs, indicating that we are all non-locally connected and can influence
physical reality from great distances.  You can read articles or blog posts or RealityShifters, or watch videos I’ve posted that can soothe any left-brain doubts in the reality of reality shifts.

4. Revise Your Assumptions

The old assumptions that we can be objective observers without influencing what we’re watching or having
any long-distance effects have been disproved with recent quantum physics experiments. We now know that
we can only make predictions in terms of probabilities, and that we can’t disregard consciousness or spirit
simply because we can’t measure those things.

5. Energize Yourself

Take a few minutes to reverse the damage stress causes to your body every day. Breathe love in, feeling it in
your heart, and recall some of your favorite memories. These feelings of Love will energize you tremendously, which increases the probability that you’ll experience enjoyable reality shifts.

6. Reverse Negative Self-Talk

Our inner self-talk is a running dialogue with the universe. When self-talk consists of put-downs and negativity, it directly interferes with anything good we wish to observe. We can minimize negative self-talk by “flipping” each negative statement around, and making an affirmation out of those reversed statements. Posting these affirmations and reading them every day is a powerful way to remove the destructive interference.

7. Feel Non-Locally Interconnected

Just as quantum particles are found to be intimately interconnected with twin particles located great distances
away, we also are non-locally interconnected with everything and everyone we love.  You have support from those you know in daily life, through the internet, and also through angelic support.

8. Visualize What You Desire

Visualize what you most desire to experience in your life — all your favorite, wildest dreams — with the idea
in mind that we actually create reality as we observe it.  If visualizing seems challenging or not quite right for you, then you can simply ask my favorite question, “How good can it get?” and help steer reality in directions that you and everyone can best enjoy.

9. Let Go of Wishes

The best way to make our favorite dreams come true after we’ve visualized them is to release them. This
gives them the degrees of freedom required to exist unobserved as pure energy waves, before our observation
collapses the wave functions and one possibility materializes.

10. Choose Your Attitude

The most important thing to remember when you face challenges or seemingly impossible situations is to
remember that reality can shift! You can choose to replace your feelings of stress, fear, or anger and breathe
Love. The more you practice this meditation of “thinking with your heart”, the easier it will be, and the more
wonderful reality shifts you’ll experience!

How to Create Your Best Meditations

2021-05-30-cynthia-1

You can create meditations that work best for you very simply, so you have a variety of possible meditations you can practice regularly.  Here’s a quick way to zero in on your best meditation technique. First choose a favorite physically
relaxing activity, and then select a favorite mental focus.  When you combine these two, you’ll have a customized meditation technique that’s exactly right for you.

There are big advantages to those who meditate: everything from improved health, increased happiness, reduced stress, and greater prosperity.  In addition to these perks, people who meditate also find themselves surrounded with happy coincidences and delightful synchronicity.  Things just seem to go their way.

There are so many ways to meditate, it’s good to try some different kinds, and discover what works best for you. Some people meditate while walking, others while gardening, some while listening to music, some while paying attention to their breathing and clearing their minds of all thoughts. Those are just a few different kinds–there are many, many more.  Once you know what kind of meditator you are, you can zero in on a method that works well for you.

1. Choose a Favorite Relaxing Activity

Simply doing whatever activity you find most relaxing is a form of meditation! There are more advanced techniques in which you can pay attention to your breathing and/or your thoughts.  The most important starting place is thinking of the types of relaxing activities you truly most enjoy.  People who love activities such as running, bicycling, or walking can develop their own form of meditation that includes those activities.  Other possible relaxing activities you might consider include:  listening to music; working in the garden; lying down on the grass; closing eyes and breathing deeply; watching clouds go by; and taking a hot bath or shower.

2. Select a Favorite Mental Focus

Whatever mental focus most appeals to you is the one to try.  Some people count their breaths, some like finding shapes or patterns in clouds, some enjoy just letting their mind drift, others like to focus on letting go of all thoughts with each deep breath, and still others observe thoughts go by.  I sometimes enjoy feeling energy flowing in my body, or noticing what state of mind I’m in.  What sort of mental focuses most appeal to you?

3. Combine Favorite Activity and Mental Focus

The third step to creating your own customized meditation is truly simple and straightforward:  just combine one of your most relaxing activities with one of your most relaxing mental focuses, and Voila!  You are meditating!  You can come up with several different types of meditations, to try them out at different times, and see for yourself which work best for you.  If you try one meditation and find you don’t like it, then try another one. You can find something you like, so don’t give up!

High school student wins first Golden Mandy award

2021 Bri Bennage

High school student, Bri Bennage, won the International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC)’s first golden Mandy award. The golden Mandy is awarded for demonstrating or raising awareness of the Mandela Effect.
The International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC)’s golden Mandy award is the Mandela Effect version of the Academy Awards Oscar.

Six nominees were considered in 2021 for either having a dramatic MandelaEffect, or for raising awareness of the Mandela Effect. Nominees forthe 2021 golden Mandy award included: (1) Shazam movie by DC Comics;(2) Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets; (3) Holmes and Watson, released in 2018; (4) Pinocchio, released December 2020; (5) BriBennage’s TEDx Youth talk: The Mystery Behind the Mandela Effect; (6)Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC)

The International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, based in Branford, Connecticut. IMEC was founded in2020, and has organized online and in-person conferences. This year’s golden Mandy award was presented to high school junior Bri Bennage by IMEC board members: Cynthia Sue Larson, Chris Anatra, Jerry Hicks, and Shane Robinson on a livestream event on the International Mandela Effect Conference YouTube channel.

Golden Mandy recipient Bri Bennage said, “I have a wonderful teacher, Miss Taylor. She got in contact with TED talks for TEDx Youth, so the debate students are able to do TED talks. I had watched them the past two years since I’ve been at the school.

“Toward the middle-ish of the year, we had our classmates vote on some topics we could talk about. I knew in the back of my mind, no matter what three topics had been voted for, I’m still doing the Mandela Effect.

“My generation is a lot more into conspiracies and stuff, where we are trying to figure it out in our own brains. I’m so adamant that I remember this is what it was—no one could change my mind. My generation and my classmates are a lot more aware of it, but not everyone. I don’t think everyone is saying ‘Berenstein Bears, Nelson Mandela—Whoa, this is crazy!’ but I went over (Mandela Effects)with my best friends, saying, ‘You need to listen to me; you’re going to freak out—you have no idea what I found today!”

IMEC Vice President, Chris Anatra, asked Bri about her plans for the future and Bri replied, “I do acting, and another thing I’m looking at is double majoring in forensic sciences and investigation.”

IMEC Founder and Treasurer, Jerry Hicks said, “Detective work really is what we do as researchers. We’re getting all the facts we can and putting it together to try to make a conclusive idea. And when you’re trying to apply logic to an illogical situation, that’s when it really gets fun, right?”

The International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC) is producing monthly“Open Tables” livestream events this year, to help promote awareness of the Mandela Effect in keeping with its mission to inspire, empower, and unify all curious observers. Through the evidence presented as the Mandela or Quantum Effect we bring into this phenomenon’s own alignment truths which have proven themselves timeless in all religions, spiritual practices, and scientific findings. Together we Go. Together we Grow.

  • The International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC) was featured on the HBO show, “How to with John Wilson,” Season 1, Episode 3, “How to Improve Your Memory” (2020).

  • IMEC was formed by a group of friends from around the world who have a passion for The Mandela Effect and the community surrounding it. The founding members have a strong background in Academic, Religious, and Paranormal research. After coming together to put on the first International Mandela Effect Conference in 2019 they decided to make a way for future generations to continue searching for answers about this phenomenon.

Plant Consciousness and Music of the Plants

I just obtained something I’ve waited 20 years for: a “music of the plants” device that allows plants to compose and play music. Here is a video of the first time a potted pothos plant learns to compose and play music on the Bamboo device.

Prototype debut June 2000

In June 2000, I attended a consciousness conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I witnessed one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in all my travels around the world–a plant composing and playing music.  Back in those early days of the internet, more than 20 years ago, I posted my report on the conference on my website, since at that time there were no such things as blogs.  A Report on the Second Annual International Conference on Science and Consciousness can still be viewed in its entirety right where I originally posted it on my site.  Here is a photograph I took of that world premiere concert of music composed and played by a plant for an international audience, which I explain in these excerpts from my report:

Steven
Halpern
The evening Steven Halpern concert was truly amazing, because Steven had a very special guest performer – a potted plant! A philodendron was hooked up to a MIDI and synthesizer with two alligator clipped wires, and it proceeded to play a beautiful, complex piece of very unique music. The philodendron’s song started off sounding a little bit sleepy, then gradually picked up tempo and proceeded to play a song unlike anything I’ve ever heard humans play! It was exquisite, and soothing, and fresh. The notes would rise and sustain on high notes that sounded something like someone playing a rising scale on a xylophone … then it would be quiet.

Next, a melody would begin with lower notes and a chord would hang suspended and sustained as notes rose slowly … bringing to my mind the vision of water flowing down gently from a plant’s leaves into the soil after a rain. I almost felt like I could smell the fresh air of the outdoors in this very large conference room! Halpern explained that some people from Damanhur in Italy had created the technology which allows any plant to “sing,” provided the plant is awake and willing to participate.

Steven Halpern played a very moving piece of music he’d written on the piano, called “Spectrum Suite,” which focuses energy of each of the seven chakras and brings people to very deep alpha and theta states of consciousness. He played this piece after having played a couple of other short songs on the hotel’s piano … and then noticed that the piano was out of tune. Halpern asked for the audience’s assistance to intend for the piano to come into tune – which it did for the exquisite “Spectrum Suite” song! This song is perfect for anyone who wishes to help people learn to meditate, or who works with people in a healing capacity, as the music is extremely energizing and relaxing.

Halpern checked on the philodendron again, to find out if it wished to perform another song for us, and it did! This grand finale was a bright and cheery song, which was very different from the first song … it reminded me of a fond memory of watching the rising sun! The notes rose at the same speed that the sun rises on the horizon, and I could imagine the sun coming up with the first rays of light shining down as the notes “warmed up”… and also became more frequent. This song was a radiant expression of unlimited love rising anew! I listened with my eyes shut, and could visualize as the sun had fully cleared the horizon how the notes quieted a bit and softened … and the song came to an end.

2007 Damanhur visit

When I visited the Federation of Damanhur in June 2007, I was fascinated to learn how its underground Temples of Humankind are built on one of only two places on Earth where there is a convergence of four synchronic lines. The Damanhurian concept of synchronic lines is based on the idea that these energy lines are capable of modifying events and transmitting ideas, thoughts and feelings in ways that shift reality. Great care is taken in the Damanhur community to ensure the transmission of peaceful and positive thoughts and energies throughout the Earth. I was favorably impressed by the energy I felt at Damanhur, particularly in one of the underground chambers where the energy lines converged most noticably. These rooms are viewable and open to the public during scheduled tours, and I felt very fortunate to experience the healing intent of these special chambers in a very small group. I could sense the resonance from the converging energy lines, and made use of this special opportunity to focus my intentions to help ensure the very best possible future for everyone on Earth.

Since my visit to Damanhur, I have heard reports of a room where potted plants are given the ability to move themselves around the room on wheeled plant stands.  These plants also have been the ability to adjust window shades, and water themselves.  Perhaps most notably, these plants have also been given control over the lock on the door to their room, such that they can permit or deny access and entrance to humans as they wish (such as if people knocking at the door have arrived in an angry mood).

Music of the Plants

In March 2021, I was delighted to order and receive my Music of the Plants device!  I had enjoyed playing with a friend’s prototype device several years ago, which was a wonderful experience, so I was already familiar with the way it is possible to work with various controls and settings for different types of sounds and effects.

This new “Bamboo” device is portable, easy-to-operate, elegant, quick to charge, and a joy to use.  I first connected it to my ficus tree, which is the ‘pet’ and family member I’ve lived longest with in my life.  The ficus immediately began composing and playing music, as if this was something it’s always done.  I hooked up the device to several other potted plants, noting most of them took a few minutes to gain a sense of how they were creating music.  One pothos plant created music for hours that had a beautiful healing quality, with a deeply peaceful and harmonious vibe.  I’ve enjoyed listening to the strawberry plants in my garden, as well as some ginger plants, and look forward to enjoying music with many plants in my home and garden.
